The conditions and responsibilities that apply when you use Playmoyeo.

1. Purpose

These terms set the conditions for using every feature of Playmoyeo (playmoyeo.com, the “Service”), including the random pickers, team splitter and mini games, and the rights and responsibilities of users and the operator. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

2. Service and accounts

The pickers and mini games are free and can be used without an account. Signing up adds features such as saving draws, game records and leaderboards. You are responsible for managing your account and must not use anyone else’s account without permission.

3. Content you post

You are responsible for what you post, such as requests board posts and your nickname. The operator may hide or delete abusive language, advertising, other people’s personal information or illegal content without notice. You allow the operator to use your posts to the extent needed to display them within the Service.

4. Prohibited conduct

You must not submit abnormal game records using automation or manipulation, disrupt the Service through excessive requests or exploiting vulnerabilities, infringe on others’ rights, or break the law. Violations may lead to records being deleted or access being restricted.

5. Draw results and liability

Draw results are decided by cryptographic random numbers in your browser, and the operator does not intervene. Disputes between users arising from how results are used, such as prize draws or bets, must be settled between those involved, and the operator is not liable unless it acted intentionally or with gross negligence. Do not use the Service for gambling involving money.

6. Advertising

The Service may display third-party ads such as Google AdSense. Advertisers are responsible for their ads and for any transactions made through them. See the privacy policy for details on ads and cookies.

7. Changes and interruptions

Features may be added, changed or discontinued to improve the Service, and important changes are announced in the dev notes. Because the Service is free, permanent retention of saved records is not guaranteed.

8. Copyright

Rights to the Service’s artwork, animations, text and source code belong to the operator. You may freely save and share result images for personal use.
